Wow! Yesterday was my 2nd Boudoir Marathon, and what an awesome day it was! I got to shoot 3 absolutely gorgeous girls, in a super cool hotel, and had the help of Anja, a wonderful make-up artist. Its almost 3am so I’m going to keep this short and just get to the goodies (I couldn’t wait until tomorrow to start working on them!) These shots and more will soon be on my new, Boudoir only website which will be up and running any day now!

I know I’ve been really slacking with keeping this blog up-to-date, but I have some huge news to share!  In the next few weeks, I will be launching a new business focusing on Boudoir Photography. It will be under a completely different name with completely different branding, new website, etc. I just feel like Boudoir is so different from kids and maternity and is one of my favorite things to shoot, so I felt like it deserves some special attention.

So… to kick things off, I want to host another Boudoir Marathon. The last one was a blast and I’ve been waiting for an excuse to do it again. Check here to see some shots from last time! I had the pleasure of doing a Boudoir Session with Joanna yesterday! It was her husband’s idea for her to give him some hot pictures for his birthday, so thats exactly what he is going to get!  Joanna was so great to work with, not to mention absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t wait to post a sneak peek and share some of my favorite shots from our session!

I love taking pictures of everything and anything, but one of my all time favorites is old, run down, abandoned places, and anything with graffiti. What I love about it is the color and texture thats waiting to be discovered around every corner.  I especially love finding places like this around Munich. As most of you probably know, Munich is referred to as a ‘Toy Town,’ because while one of Germany’s larger cities, it is unbelievably safe and clean, so finding ‘lost places’ is a bit of a challenge. Anyway, I found a new fun spot today, and would love to share some shots…here’s just a few, but the rest can be seen here:

Wow, I don’t know how long its been since I have just grabbed my camera and went outside to wander around aimlessly. So today I decided to take some time and just go out, and see what happens and where I end up…although, I was pretty sure I’d end up at starbucks one way or another lol. I just copied the pictures over to my computer, not sure of what I was going to do with them…turns out I am in a pretty random, kind of abstract, b&w mood today. Hope you enjoy these!
